Laurentian University, founded in 1960, is a mid-sized bilingual university in Greater Sudbury, Ontario, Canada. The university's campus is located on the south side of Lake Ramsey, just south of Greater Sudbury's downtown core and near some of the city's wealthiest residential neighbourhoods.
